Shipping Policy

To ensure a standardized and orderly product transportation process, clarify the rights and obligations of both buyers and sellers during transportation, and enhance customer experience, this product transportation policy is hereby formulated. This policy applies to all customers who purchase products through our official channels and is effective from the date of publication.

I. Delivery Scope

Our company provides global product delivery services, covering major countries and regions. As long as the customer's region has basic logistics and delivery conditions, they can enjoy our transportation services.

II. Shipping Costs

2.1 Shipping Cost Bearer

All shipping costs incurred during product transportation are borne by the customer.

2.2 Shipping Cost Display and Inquiry

When a customer places an order through official channels, the system will automatically calculate and clearly display the shipping cost based on the customer's provided delivery address, the weight and volume of the purchased product, and other information. Customers can view the specific shipping cost on the order page.

2.3 Handling Shipping Fee Anomalies

If you encounter any of the following shipping fee anomalies during the order placement process, please contact us(ivana@generatorsr.com) promptly via the designated email address:

The shipping address is complete and accurate, but the system does not display the delivery area (i.e., it displays "No delivery point");

The system does not automatically display the shipping fee amount, or the shipping fee amount displays an abnormal status such as "0" or "Pending Calculation".

(If an order has been generated, please enter the order number; if no order has been generated, please indicate "No order placed - Shipping address XXX"). We will reply and resolve the issue within one business day.

2.4 Freight Calculation Standards

Freight calculation is primarily based on the following three core factors, which the system will comprehensively calculate in conjunction with actual circumstances:

• Transportation Route: Different countries/regions have different transportation routes, resulting in variations in basic freight standards;

• Cargo Weight: Calculated based on the actual weighed weight of the product (including packaging weight). The greater the weight, the higher the freight;

• Cargo Volume: If the product is lightweight (volumetric weight > actual weight), freight will be calculated based on volumetric weight. The formula for volumetric weight is: Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) ÷ 6000.

III. Transportation Methods and Shipping Rules

3.1 Default Transportation Method

Unless otherwise specified by the customer, our default transportation method is a combined sea freight to port + truck delivery to the door. This method balances transportation costs and timeliness, and the entire process is handled by our partner professional logistics service providers, achieving "door-to-door" service. This ensures that customers do not need to handle complicated customs clearance, pickup, or other procedures themselves, saving time and effort.

3.2 Special Transportation Method Request

If customers require air freight, express delivery, or other special transportation methods due to urgent needs (such as expedited replenishment) or self-pickup at the port, they must communicate with us via ivana@generatorsr.com before placing the order. We will coordinate corresponding logistics resources and calculate specific freight costs based on product details and customer needs, and implement the service after customer confirmation.

3.3 Shipping Time

After the customer pays the full amount for the order (including payment for goods and shipping costs) and confirms that the order information is correct, our company will complete the preparation of goods and arrange shipment within 3-5 business days. After shipment, we will send the tracking number and tracking link to the customer via email, allowing the customer to track the shipment status in real time.

IV. Other Notes

1. Customs Clearance and Duties: Except for orders explicitly marked as including customs duties, all customs duties, value-added tax, and other related taxes payable on imported products shall be borne by the customer according to the customs regulations of their country/region. Any additional costs incurred (such as demurrage fees and return shipping costs) due to the customer's failure to pay relevant taxes on time, resulting in goods being detained or returned, shall be borne by the customer.

2. Policy Updates: This transportation policy may be optimized and updated according to changes in the logistics market, business adjustments, etc. Updated policies will be published through official websites, order page announcements, and other channels. If a customer places an order after the policy update, it is deemed that they have accepted the updated content.
