This is the foundation of our after-sales service, based on a 1-year warranty or 1000 cumulative operating hours. During this period, if the equipment experiences non-human-caused manufacturing defects or malfunctions, we typically provide free parts replacement. Only consumable parts (which we do not sell separately; only customers who have previously purchased our generators can purchase related products) are not covered by the free replacement service, such as air filters, fuel pumps, and fuel injectors.
This is crucial for extending the generator's lifespan. We will provide some complimentary consumable parts and instructional videos on generator use, maintenance, and upkeep. Sellers can also contact us at any time (ivana@generatorsr.com) for technical support.
To help users operate the equipment correctly, we provide free technical training. The training content covers generator set operation specifications, daily maintenance procedures, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, automatic switching cabinet usage, etc., and answers users' inquiries about product selection, operating parameters, warranty policies, etc.
